These are among the most common legal issues faced by citizens, residents, and companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>I. Legal Conditions for Filing a Commercial Claim<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To be accepted by the court, a commercial lawsuit must meet the following essential legal conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Attempt at Amicable Resolution<br><\/strong>Prior to initiating legal action, the plaintiff should attempt to resolve the dispute amicably and provide evidence of such efforts (e.g., email correspondence, messages, or other communications).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.
